Fairmont is an independent financial boutique born in 2013. Its
activity started in Iberia and quickly its operations began to
globalize as a result ofits development, based on a very open
and agile vision of the quick transformations of the world’s
financial systems. In 2020 its headquarters changed to the
United Kingdom, where it now has its decision-making centre.
It's
led by a team of very Senior-level professionals, coming from
different countries, with unique specializations and an
exceptional ability togo into the various sectors of economic
and financial activities, offering the highest levels of advice
and execution. In this context, we are honoured to bein the most
advanced line of capital and debt financing solutions as well as
in several of the most advanced operations of globalized
economic activity, permanently supporting organic growth through

The main markets of operations
origins are Portugal and Spain. However, organic growth and
the evolution of its execution capacity mean that today we
also act as originators in the UK, Brazil, and several
Portuguese-speaking African countries. Our clients are
typically equity and lending organizations (business angels,
family offices and private equities) from Iberia, UK, USA,
Canada and Brazil.

dedicated to managing unique concepts and
opportunities. These are tailor-made services
which include very demanding due diligences
regarding: context, characteristics, market,
timing, financing, and transaction of unique
assets. This division also manages Special and
Quick Real Estate Operations typically based on
assets in distress.
Fairmont’s team grows stronger every day by
dedicating a portion of its energy to activities
that “shake hands” with society. An active
existence in life with meaning and purpose is
essential for everyone. For this reason, two
areas of action have been selected: on one hand,
in the education sector through the promotion of
science in cooperation with Universities,
Companies and Research Centres, revealing them
